Role, purpose & impact
Queue-it is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build, evolve, and operate our Cloud Native Platform. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Kubernetes, automation, and modern DevOps practices to ensure our SaaS products are resilient, scalable, and well-run in day-to-day operations.
You’ll be a key driver in building out our multi-cloud setup, strengthening our platform foundations, and ensuring observability and monitoring are implemented to support smooth operations across environments.

Responsibilities:
Development cloud platforms to host Queue-it services utilizing IaC for a scalable architecture.
Maintenance the Queue-it Cloud Platforms.
Building and developing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Implementing Monitoring, Logging and alerting to ensure uptime and performance.
Enabling compliance and security functionality and procedures across platform and ways of working.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing to ensure a strong Platform team and encourage a team culture.
Professional Experience
7+ years of hands-on experience designing cloud architectures and Cloud Native-solutions.
Proven track record in designing and implementing Kubernetes solutions.
Technical Skills
Strong Proficiency in Kubernetes and related tools such as Helm (and Operators).
Experience with public cloud platforms, AWS and Akamai/Linode Cloud is a plus.
Experience with IaC and tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Able to build CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes based workloads, as well as GitOps such as ArgoCD.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana profiency with Messaging Queues and Streaming would be a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Focus on clear and concise documentation of implementations and process.
Certifications
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and Kubernetes are a plus.

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro in the heart of Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
