About the role
As a Queue-it Business Development Associate, you’ll build meaningful connections with potential customers and collaborate with global partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the Korean market, playing a key role in generating business and driving Queue-it’s growth in the region.
Responsibilities

Create and qualify new sales opportunities and partnerships:
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns (via calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.) and conduct discovery calls to identify and qualify new leads. -
Become a market expert:
Take full ownership of researching, prospecting, and reporting on the South Korean market. You’ll employ tailored approaches that align with the linguistic, cultural, and business nuances of this region. -
Collaborate for success:
Work closely with global colleagues across sales, marketing, and other departments to create compelling, market-optimized content and reactivate dormant accounts. While based in Seoul, flexibilty to meet virtually with our offices in Denmark, the U.S., or Australia in outside of usual hours may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of full-time experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles, specifically in the Korean market
- Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, and familiarity with the full sales cycle
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other software tools
- Fluency in English and Korean

About the office
FastFive Gangnam 5 Building, 27, Teheran-ro 2-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Since our expansion into South Korea in April 2024, you’ll play an instrumental role in growing our regional presence while working closely with other colleagues.
