About the role
As a Website Manager at Queue-it, you will play a critical role in Queue-it’s continued growth as the owner of Queue-it’s website. To start with, you will be responsible for managing the website transition to a new CMS, and then continue to own the general upkeep of the CMS and website front-end, as well as ongoing UX and conversion optimization.
You will join Queue-it’s marketing team, and work closely with the Design, Content and RevOps teams to keep the website aligned with Queue-it’s brand, develop & implement website features & content, and ensure website data flows are mapped. The role reports to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Website ownership: Manage the website & CMS, aligning it with the organization’s brand & strategy. Conduct regular web QA tests, troubleshooting, monitoring & reporting on website performance, web compliance maintenance. General upkeep of CMS health & performance.
UX: Build, manage and optimize landing pages, CTAs & forms. Suggest ways to improve user experience and conversion paths on website, conduct A/B tests & own the reporting of implemented improvements & performance.
Technical SEO: Manage & maintain technical SEO (general page load/website speed, accessibility, page titles/meta titles, sitemap index, mobile responsiveness, etc)
Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with and managing a CMS
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar
• HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge
• Strong project management skills
• General knowledge of UX & SEO best practices
• Experience with front-end design & back-end web dev is a big plus
• Experience working with Hubspot is a plus
• Experience working with Umbraco (our current CMS) is a plus
