BDA Assessment- Swedish
We strive to give our Business Development Associates autonomy and space to develop their talent. As a part of our team, you would be interacting with various clients in the incipient stages of the sales cycle and analyse the companies we decide to approach.
Often you are the first contact and impression a prospective customer has with Queue-it. Therefore, it is important that you are a good communicator and understand the business context in which we are operating. Spend 48h to answer the following questions in a Word Doc and send them back to the email you received it from.
Please use a maximum of 150 words for each answer to a subtask. You are welcome, but not obliged, to support yourself with pictures, graphs and screenshots.
Task 1
Have a look at our page: queue-it.com.
1. Please find three different online traffic peak situations (use cases) which can be protected with Queue-it and support each of them with a company of your choice.
2. Sort the companies in an order which indicates the likelihood of each of them to become our client. Specify why.
3. Which of the three do you expect to bring us the biggest financial gain? Why?
Task 2
Pick one of the companies from the list you provided.
1. Which departments in this company should we be reaching out to?
2. Pick one department and specify what kind of value proposition we can offer them.
3. Write a short email in Swedish to an employee of one of the departments. Try to spark their interest and make them engage in a conversation with us.
Task 3
Imagine that your prospect:
1. Did not reply to your email. What would you do?
2. Replied with the following message:
“Hi X,
Thanks for reaching out. We are not interested and have a solution for high traffic in place.”
How do you imagine responding to such an email?
Task 4
What kind of solution could your prospect be talking about?
1. Please give us two examples of indirect competitors to our virtual waiting room.
2. Based on your answer to the previous question, how does Queue-it compare to the above?
