Senior Account Manager
Drive growth across global enterprise accounts by owning renewals, expansion, and executive partnerships that maximize customer value and revenue.
Position, purpose & impact
As our new Senior Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Combining strategic account management with consultative sales, you will strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and expand commercial value within customer accounts and affiliated organizations.
You will hold the commercial ownership for your customers, driving expansion, retention, renewals and cross-sell while also building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. Through executive business reviews and strategic account planning, you will help customers realize greater value from Queue-it and maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Consequently, you will lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
Your toolkit
At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Account Executive, Customer Growth, or another quota-carrying B2B SaaS role.
Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise organizations within e-commerce, public sector, and financial services.
Demonstrated success retaining and growing existing enterprise customer relationships (+90% GRR).
A proven track record of generating revenue through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, achieving 100%+ NRR.
Experience managing enterprise customers with significant annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Owned end-to-end commercial relationships and negotiated complex enterprise agreements, directly managing the redlining process to align Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and SLA frameworks with corporate risk and legal parameters.
Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European language skills are an advantage.
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Engage confidently with stakeholders.
Lead commercial, redlines, MSAs, SOWs, and SLA negotiations.
Run executive business reviews and planning sessions with clear commercial insight.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.
Keep CRM forecasts and pipeline data accurate.
Advise customers while balancing value creation protecting Queue-it’s commercial goals.
