Our product portfolio is growing, and we are exploring new opportunities shaped by the rapid rise of agentic AI and bots. This is a chance to work on technically complex products where scale, reliability, and customer impact genuinely matter.
The role is based in Denmark, where you will join a welcoming, international office with colleagues from many different nationalities.
Product Management at Queue-it
As a Product Manager at Queue-it, you will own one or more products in a highly technical domain. Our platform operates at massive scale, so technical understanding matters. You will work closely with engineers, UX, and other PMs who are fluent in architecture, high-load systems, and low-latency distributed technology.
We care deeply about delivering value to our customers and their visitors. That means understanding problems before deciding what to build, testing ideas through prototypes, and delivering increments that create meaningful outcomes.
What you will be doing
Own one or more products in our platform and make sure we deliver both value and quality.
Lead discovery as a team effort, working closely with UX and engineering to understand customer problems before deciding what to build.
Work with stakeholders across the business to create alignment around product priorities.
Focus on outcomes, not just feature delivery, and use evidence to guide product decisions.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and turn insights into product opportunities.
Help shape product strategy and vision and create excitement around where the product is going.
You will fit right in if you
Are a nice person.
Have strong technical understanding, including architecture and distributed systems.
Can talk technology fluently with engineers and enjoy going deep when needed.
Are data-driven and like to base decisions on evidence rather than assumptions.
Enjoy discovery and know how competitive analysis can sharpen product direction.
Use prototypes and experiments to learn before committing to building.
Are pragmatic and know how to scope a feature without losing sight of the bigger product goal.
Understand that the job is not done when a feature is delivered, but when it has created the intended outcome.
Love talking to customers and creating excitement around product strategy and vision.
Understand that being a PM is a demanding job with many different areas that need to be handled well.
While these are traits we find important, we know that people come from different backgrounds and bring different strengths. So, if you don’t check all the boxes, we’d still love to hear from you.
