Senior Account Executive

Position, purpose & impact
As a Senior Account Executive at Queue-it, you will play a key role in driving partner-led growth by owning and expanding relationships with our most strategic global partners. Your mission is to develop and execute joint account plans that translate partnerships into measurable revenue, pipeline growth, and long-term value.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across partner organizations and internally across Sales, Marketing, and Product to align priorities, enable co-selling, and unlock new go-to-market opportunities. Acting as the primary escalation and alignment point, you ensure complex partner engagements move forward smoothly and successfully. This role is central to scaling Queue-it’s partner ecosystem and shaping how we grow globally through strategic alliances.
Your toolkit
Experience
+5 years of proven experience in senior account management, partner management, or alliance roles within a complex, global B2B environment.
Demonstrated success with partner-led sales motions, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Skills
Strong commercial mindset with solid forecasting, planning, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to navigate and align multiple stakeholder groups across organizations and seniority levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Structured, strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Education & certifications
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience (specific certifications not required but considered a plus).

Develop and own strategic account plans for assigned global partners, defining joint priorities, target markets, pipeline focus, and long-term growth ambitions.
Drive partner-led revenue generation across priority regions.
Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with Queue-it’s Sales and Marketing teams.
Build and maintain senior executive relationships within partner organizations.
Lead structured partner business reviews focused on performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex partner engagements.
Ensure partners are fully enabled with the right knowledge, tools, and internal alignment to succeed with Queue-it.
Feed actionable partner insights and market intelligence into partner strategy, commercial direction, and product roadmap.
