Content Marketing Manager
Own the engine that grows Queue‑it. Lead content, SEO, and social to turn insight into impact and stories into demand.
About us
Queue-it is a global tech scale-up that helps the world’s biggest brands manage their busiest online moments. Our virtual waiting rooms prevent website crashes and bot abuse, ensuring a smoother, fairer digital experience for billions of users. No matter the demand, we give businesses peace of mind so they can deliver the online experiences they’ve worked hard to create.
At Queue-it, our strength lies in our people. With a team representing 40+ nationalities across offices in Denmark, the U.S., South Korea, Japan and Australia, we thrive in a global, collaborative environment. Our workplace is enriched by diverse perspectives and teamwork across cultures.
Role, purpose & impact
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and evolve our content marketing engine across inbound, SEO, GEO, and organic social. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping how Queue‑it shows up across channels; from long‑form thought leadership to high‑impact social content, ensuring everything we publish drives awareness, builds trust, and ultimately converts.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the wider Marketing team as well as stakeholders across the organisation, including Product, Sales, and Leadership. Together, you’ll turn complex, technical topics into clear and compelling stories that resonate with our audience, strengthen our brand, and position Queue‑it as a trusted authority in our space.
Responsibilities
Drive the inbound content marketing engine by strategically proposing, planning, & creating content that engages prospects and customers.
Own the GEO and non-technical SEO for Queue-it's website and broader content presence — including identifying search gaps and opportunities; conducting keyword and competitive research; optimising content for discoverability in AI-generated responses and monitoring performance across both traditional and generative search.
Expand and extend the value of long-form content by reusing, recycling and distributing into other short-form impact formats tailored to the given channel (e.g. LinkedIn, newsletter, PR).
Own Queue-it's organic social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn — growing our audience and engagement.
Support with research, creation, and execution of presentations for conferences and webinars, working closely with speakers.
Support with research, guest outreach, and content repurposing for Queue-it's podcast, Smooth Scaling.
Act as a content advocate and reviewer within the Marketing team and rest of organization to support written communications that align with brand voice, goals, and messaging.
Pull reports, interpret them, and convert the interpretations into actionable insights to inform the Marketing team strategy.
What you bring
4+ years of experience in content marketing and creation, preferably within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
Strong content writing skills (short and long-form). You can craft engaging content across a variety of formats.
Experience translating technical topics into engaging stories. You’re comfortable working with product, data, or engineering teams.
SEO & GEO expertise with real impact. You understand how to research topics, structure content, and optimise for traditional search — as well as how to position content so it gets picked up and cited by AI-driven tools.
Strong reporting and analytics skills: You're able to monitor and report on content performance, user journeys, search rankings, and leads and form submission trends. Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Dreamdata, SEMRush and PowerBI is a plus.
Website content management experience. You’ve owned or contributed to website content in a CMS before. Experience with Umbraco (our CMS) is a strong plus.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow — to brainstorm, draft, edit, research, and generally work smarter.
Strong attention to detail. You take pride in the fact that all written communication is error-free and visually pleasing.
Native-level English speaker.
