Role, Purpose & Impact
You thrive in an international environment, speak English fluently and like to be on top of your tasks. You will be working part time in Queue-it focusing mainly on Accounts Payables, Reconciliations and bookings on our various locations through out the world. We envision you to be a part of our finance team and be responsible for the Accounts Payable function in the finance team. The function operates with stabile and solid process with happy “Customers”.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Accounts Payable, including follow-up, reporting, and supplier communication.
Process invoices from suppliers and maintain high-quality in financial records.
Process internal re-imbursements.
Different reconciliations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
What you bring to the team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration).
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar financial operations role.
Experience with AP management is a requirement.
Booking in General ledgers.
Working with several entities.
Experience with bank payments.
Experience with reconciliations.
Experience with ERP systems. Economics would be an advantage.
Skills
Naturally curious and comfortable with tech, using AI and digital tools to make finance processes smarter
High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and solid numerical reasoning
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Takes ownership of Accounts Payables and follows up proactively to keep things on track
Fluency in English (company language)
Mindset

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
