Role, purpose & impact
We are looking for a globally minded and commercially driven Vice President of Enterprise Sales to accelerate and expand our enterprise business across markets. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial responsibility for enterprise sales, working closely with our CRO and executive leadership team.
You will own enterprise revenue and quota, drive strategic growth, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner for large, complex organizations operating in high-demand digital environments. The role requires a heavyweight commercial profile with extensive experience in Enterprise and Solutions Sales in a multinational context beyond the Nordics, ideally across Europe and other global regions.
As VP of Enterprise Sales, you combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic oversight. You master complex deal cycles, strategic pricing, commercial mechanics, and global account development, and bring strong analytical capabilities in forecasting and pipeline management. At the same time, you are a charismatic and trust-building leader who inspires both customers and teams.
With senior sales leaders reporting to you, you will set direction, raise the bar, and ensure commercial excellence across our global enterprise segment. Given the global scope of the role, you should expect significant international travel to engage customers, support regional teams, and represent Queue-it in key markets.
Responsibilities
Own and drive global enterprise sales revenue, quota attainment, and market expansion.
Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy aligned with overall go-to-market objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop senior enterprise sales leaders and account executives across multiple countries.
Personally engage in and close strategic, high-value enterprise deals, building strong C-level relationships.
Strengthen long-term partnerships with key enterprise customers, driving multi-year agreements and upsell growth.
Establish and refine sales methodologies, governance structures, and commercial processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
Ensure accurate forecasting, structured pipeline management, and data-driven planning.
Drive strategic pricing discussions and optimize commercial models to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
Act as a senior commercial ambassador for Queue-it in the global market, including executive dialogues, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 20 years of commercial experience, with a strong track record in Enterprise Software Sales, Key Account Sales, and Global Commercial leadership.
Proven success in multinational enterprise sales environments, ideally within the tech industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing enterprise sales teams across regions.
Extensive experience managing complex, solution-based sales cycles and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of strategic pricing, forecasting, and sales analytics.
High analytical capacity and strong numerical skills, with a structured approach to planning and performance management.
A charismatic, extroverted, and relationship-driven leader who builds trust through presence, compassion, and integrity.
Values-driven leadership style grounded in trust, hope, stability, and long-term partnership thinking.
Relevant higher education degree (e.g., HD or equivalent).
High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively internationally as part of a truly global leadership role.

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
