Digital Inbound Growth Manager at Queue-it
We’re looking for an independent, hands-on, and data-driven Digital Inbound Growth Manager to join our high-performing Inbound & Digital Sales team. In this role, you’ll own and scale our digital sales motion for small and medium-sized businesses globally. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end sales of SaaS-contracts under $25K/year, leveraging digital campaigns, automation, and analytics to convert inbound interest into revenue. Our digital marketing presence should be targeted value segments in B2B, SMB leads will be owned end to end in the team and Enterprise leads will be distributed to one of our Enterprise functions.

Role, purpose & impact
You’ll lead the design and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from lead to close. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong commercial acumen, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
Key responsibilities
Campaign strategy & execution
- Develop and launch digital campaigns for SMB segments with high-conversion tactics.
- Manage the full funnel from awareness to conversion, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
Sales enablement & conversion
- Drive inbound leads to close through automated and manual engagement strategies.
- Align messaging, offers, and timing with sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure quick follow-up on leads and route enterprise-grade leads to the right teams.
Analytics & optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Dynamics, and Google Analytics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- A/B test messaging, landing pages, and workflows to boost conversion rates.
Customer journey ownership
- Deliver a frictionless experience from first touch to signed contract.
- Implement scalable processes for lead nurturing, qualification, and handoff.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to align on goals and execution.
- Provide feedback loops to refine product-market fit and messaging.
What you bring/skills
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
- Understanding of SEO and GEO strategies, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Solid grasp of SMB buyer behavior and digital sales motions.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot and campaign attribution best practices.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Skilled in running and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns.
- Commercial mindset focused on revenue generation and ROI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a strong plus.

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro in the heart of Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
