Senior Manager, Technical Partnerships (US)

Queue-it’s virtual waiting room platform can be integrated using more than 30 different connectors. We wish to continue to provide our customers with the easiest integration options on the virtual waiting room market, and with ever-evolving web technology,
continue to identify key partners and preferred methods to connect our system.

As Queue-it’s Senior Manager, Technical Partnerships, you will be responsible for advancing partner relationships by developing strategies for integrations and collaboration between Queue-it and partners, from proof-of-concept to fully developed, productized and heavily utilized integrations.

Your Role:

  • Represent Queue-it in technical and commercial discussions for exploration, initiation and completion of new partner integrations and agreements
  • Strengthen existing collaborations and guide maintenance of established integrations
  • Promote and handle new projects to create stronger partnerships
  • Evangelize and build an organizational networks through targeted outreach and project planning
  • Assist in establishing connections between partners and strategic sales
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues and communicate needs

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience of working with extensive web application development or architecture
  • 2+ years’ experience in a business-related role or interfacing with business, with external partnership experience considered a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of high-performance website optimization techniques commonly used in ecommerce platforms and/or ticketing software, such as caching, load balancing, etc.
  • Experience in programming frameworks, specifically, JavaScript and .NET, JAVA or PHP skills will be an advantage
  • Experience in ecommerce platforms, such as SAP Hybris, Magento, Shopify etc. and/or ticketing technology considered a plus
