Role, Purpose & Impact
The new dynamic Group Product Manager will lead the direction of our queue technology engineering teams with a direct team of 2 Product Managers and 1 UX Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internet technology, development, and management, with a passion for creating exceptional solutions that scale. Billions of people use our product, so creating web experiences that are trustworthy, fair, and reliable is key. Experience with bot protection, internet fraud detection, and mitigation strategies is highly valuable, as these areas are critical to maintaining the integrity and trust in our platform. As the Group Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings and driving the company's growth together with our Group Product Manager - Experience and our CPTO.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals – with a clear sense of strategic thinking and drive.
- Leading and mentoring product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment grounded in integrity and leadership.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features, always showing customer focus and a deep understanding of shared goals.
- Meeting customers' CTOs, CIOs, and Architects and understanding the technical challenges our customers face.
- Being ready to roll up the sleeves and take a hands-on approach for enabling the engineering teams to work effectively.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis with curiosity and innovative thinking, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success, using data to support critical decisions.
- Communicating product vision to stakeholders with clarity, honesty, and enthusiasm.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, showing adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management with leadership experience for a software company.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to oversee a highly technical product.
- Experience with SaaS products and technology solutions.

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro in the heart of Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
