About the role
As Queue-it´s Product Manager, you will interact with engineering, marketing, solutions, and sales team that help in translating in-depth business knowledge into innovative solutions and user-friendly software.
You will be responsible for defining the product strategy to explore growth opportunities, and be working with our core technology partners like Akamai, AWS, Fastly, etc.
Enable our customer:You will understand the user cases and requirements of our customers, gather feedback, and analyze the impact, and iterate, implement.You will enable our customers to easily and securely integrate with Queue-it’s waiting room (connectors).
Maintaining and updating our product: You will maintain our core product and improve the core waiting room runtime engine, ensure our high-performance platform serves our billions of users around the globe, understand the architecture, participate in solution design and implement best practices, from defining product strategy roadmap to exploring growth opportunities
Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Deep technical experience with likely previous hands-on engineering roles
A history of working in a Product Management role at an enterprise or high growth organization
Experience with communicating product benefits and roadmap decisions internally and externally
Great communication and collaboration skills with strategic mindset
