Queue-it is looking for a Legal Counsel in our office in Denmark. Referring to the Group CFO, you will provide active support, advice, and counseling to the company on all legal matters and play a vital part in how we conduct ourselves legally across multiple topics towards multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day legal affairs: As a legal advisor at Queue-it, you will be responsible for providing practical and timely advice and answers to internal stakeholders on legal issues and managing and coordinating legal matters with external stakeholders (partners, suppliers, banks, regulatory authorities).
  • Contract lifecycle management: You will establish and maintain a contract management framework with contracting tools and processes, legal language library, reference materials, process improvements, you will draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts and related customer and supplier documentation, Efficiently drive contract, negotiation, and approval processes to conclusion, from initial request to completion, incl. coordinating responses to disputes, and securing internal approvals where needed.
  • Compliance programs and data security programs You will be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, governance, and updating of regulatory compliance programs and data security programs (analyses, policies, educational activities, and training) across data protection and GDPR

We are looking for someone:

  • Holding a Danish law degree or similar qualification
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Extensive contract drafting and experience from a law firm and/or a private company
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong legal and business acumen and an understanding of the necessity for pragmatic and actionable solutions
  • Strong personal drive, attention to detail, solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in an ambitious environment
  • Global mindset and fluency in English
