As Queue-it's People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for scaling the Queue-it team, building a culture that will attract top talent, and supporting the organization through several major milestones. Your day-to-day will include optimizing for growth through hiring and people development while also minimizing risks related to turnover and compliance. You’ll partner closely with our HR team in Denmark and US.

As Queue-it's People and Culture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scaling Queue-it in Minneapolis: You will grow the team by playing a hands-on role in filling openings, sourcing top talent, and building long-term People & Talent roadmap that will help Queue-it meet its strategic business goals.
  • People partnership: You will develop leadership capacity & align on strategic priorities with the leadership team and other managers in Denmark and US.
  • Talent mapping & restructuring: You will partner with Managers to make necessary structural changes, and map Queue-it’s growth over the next few years.
  • HR policy & compliance: You will ensure Queue-it’s employment contracts, termination processes, and handbook policies are compliant with US regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: You will make sure our employees get a feeling of pride and loyalty while they are working for Queue-it. You will be also involved in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Performance Management: You will be responsible for employee lifecycle and will be monitoring professional development, training, and performance reviews of employees.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of previous professional experience in recruitments as well as Human resources.
  • Has previous experience working cross functionally with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Has proven expertise with employee relations, performance, legislation and compliance.
  • Has demonstrated success building strong professional relationships with employees and leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
